The Administrative Assistant provides direct, primary administrative support for the Founder & Lead Designer of RSZ Interiors. Under general direction, this position is responsible for high level project management and administrative support while coordinating, planning, and providing administrative support services. 
Serves as the primary liaison between the Founder & Lead Designer and all clients, vendors, contractors, and others, and acts on behalf of the Founder & Lead Designer regarding administrative activities.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, administrative professional with experience providing executive 
support. The Administrative Assistant is a key partner in a highly effective team of professionals who work collectively and as a team to accomplish the goals of the firm.
